HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!!!

The day before I flew to Montreal, we celebrated my Daddy's birthday. (I flew on his actual birthday). We had 11 people around our house for a huge BBQ. Mum took charge of the potato salad, a green salad, and all the fresh veggies. Dad on the other hand was in charge of the grill. He had steak, sausages, and I made burger patties. The wine, Hooky, and elderfower (which I made from scratch) were circulating, and so was the conversation. Dad was a typical birthday-boy, surrounded by his friends eating his favourite foods, and he basqued in the glory of opening his gifts and eating his lemon meringue pie. A good time was had by all, and the pictures proof it!
