This Easter was a special treat, because I woke up to a lovely blanket of snow outside. As this was the first snow fall of the year that accumulated on the ground, I went out straight away and took loads of pictures. In church, despite the weather, there were about 80 adults and around 50 children. Again, I donned my bunny ears and gave out little treats to the little kids (emphasis on little :P). There was one little boy who asked "is it the REAL Easter Bunny!?"...from the mouths of Babes, eh? The rest of the day was spent relaxing at home, enjoying copious amounts of chocolate, and feasting on the lamb dinner Mum prepared for us. The snow eventually disappeared so that you'd never even know it was there in the first place! I took a break from making the Traditional Family Eggs this year, given that I had just handed in my third year dissertation on the Thursday before Easter. Next year, they'll be back, though!!

Me, walking about in the snow!
Forsythia branched with a dusting of snow.
Narcissus in a snow blanket.
The Vicarage steps with the church gate in the background.
The Church, in amongst the snow.
sMr. Bonnehomme, who was only about a foot tall, but still :)
The garden in the morning....
...and the garden in the afternoon!
Mmmm.....lemon meringue pie and lamb roast.
Me, making a fashion statement, while carving the roast.
