The Befores and Afters

I thought it was high time that I post the before and the after photos from the Vicarage. Apart from the books in the library we've cleared the house. Soon, they are starting to work on the electrics and plumbing and it wont look like this anymore. It's hard to detach from this wonderful house, but I'll always have my memories of it. Enjoy!!

Mum's room #1 (I love this one, because it looks like my Dad's in the room)

My room #2
The little guest room
Catherine's room, formerly the big guest room
Upstairs hallway leading to the back bathroom
Mum's craft room (affectionately known as the Holy room because there was a hole in the floor when we moved in)
One of the three loft rooms
A crawl space in the loft, see the stone wall.

Stairway leading down from the loft to the second floor
stairs leading to the wine cellar (note the ancient fire extinguisher)
The wine cellar
The hallway leading to the back of the house...
And the hallway leading to the front door.

Now all empty...

do you ever wonder how many people have walked those halls and slept in those rooms, how many different styles of dress, the history and different events held there. Beautiful home and I thank you and your parents for allowing Alycia and I to become one of those people. xoxox love you

I have often wondered that, and how many people _still_ walk through them! It was awesome having you there, and I'm so glad you got to see the house :) Love you too xoxoxox
